Dear associates:

We inform you of the unique insurance offer that you can contract through the AEGM. As you know in the General Assembly, at the request of the associates, it was suggested to specify the different offers of insurance that we offered in a single one in order to reduce the cost of the same and improve the conditions. After a hard work on the part of the Board of Directors we have finally obtained a proposal that seems very competitive to us. The offer is made up of RC insurance with coverage of € 1,000,000 per claim, expandable by installments to € 2,000,000 and € 4,500,000. Also of accident insurance for the participants (where also the guide is included) with two different options, for 10 and 20 participants per day.

Berkley Is the insurance company with which we have contracted the RC policy and with Milenium the accident, the broker is Brokers D’Oc, brokerage located in Viella.

Second tranche premiums must be added to the RC base premium. (Total premium: basic RC + RC second tranche).

The 300 € franchise would be paid only in the event that the guide had to pay compensation at the end of the process because the judge found him guilty.

Professional rates

The professional rates that we present are only a reference that arose from a study carried out in the Association and that we think can be of help to the associates. It is very important to clarify that these rates are not obligatory. We understand that each work has implicit a series of conditions that make it unique and that is why you must agree your professional rate before starting each activity.

We hope these rates will help you in this negotiation.

Regulation AEGM use logos and terminology degrees
Introduction:

The Board of Directors of the AEGM considers the use of logos and the terminology of qualifications by partners to be of particular importance.

To this end, it has produced this informative circular to the partners so that they are informed about this regulation.
1.- The AEGM is an association of individual guides, not of groups, companies or associations.
2.- Membership of the AEGM is for each particular Guide, regardless of whether it works alone or in a group, as an independent or as a salaried employee.
3.- The use of the logo and the acronym AEGM can only be associated to the Guide in particular and not to the collective or company in which it works.
4.- Being a High Mountain Guide or Medium Mountain Guide entitles you to obtain international credentials (UIAGM and UIMLA) that are also personal to the Guide that has this title (when it has been endorsed by AEGM and UIAGM and UIMLA), are never Of the collective or company in which the guide is working.

Therefore, the correct use of logos and terminologies is:
1.- AEGM: All AEGM partners.
2.- UIAGM: High Mountain Guides with the UIAGM credential.
3.- UIMLA: Mountain Accompanying Guides with the UIMLA credential.

The correct use of the terminology of the titles is:

1.- HIGH MOUNTAIN GUIDE: You can use this term or that of Superior Sports Technician in High Mountain (those who have the equivalence or homologation or the new degree).

2.- MOUNTAIN ACCOMPANYING GUIDE: You can use this term or the Sports Technician in Half Mountain (those who have the equivalence or homologation or the new degree).

3. BARRIERS GUIDE: You can use this term or that of Sports Technician in Descent of Ravines (those that have the equivalence or homologation or the new title).

4.- ASPIRANTE A HIGH MOUNTAIN GUIDE: You can use this term (the term International) or the Sports Technician in High Mountain (those who have the equivalence or homologation or the new degree).

5.- ROCK CLIMBING GUIDE: You can use this term or the Technical Climbing Technician (those who have the equivalence or homologation or the new degree).

6.- For those guides that do not have a degree and that are pending equivalences for professional purposes should use the term PROFESSIONAL MOUNTAIN GUIDE.

The correct placement of the logos and terms in our communication abroad (advertising) is:

1.- Each logo and term of the title to use must go NEXT TO THE NAME AND / OR PHOTO OF THE CORRESPONDING GUIDE, not to the end of the list together or in reference to the company or collective.

2.- The logos SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED AS TO SHAPE AND / OR COLOR, can only be varied in size.
